Existing sample availability can be checked first when available. For new custom sample development, the sample cost, revision scope, timing, and delivery method are confirmed after the cap direction, material, artwork, and logo method are reviewed.
Bulk production timing is confirmed in the quotation after sample approval, material or yarn readiness, quantity, decoration, packaging, and delivery requirements are aligned. Payment stages and settlement requirements are stated in the project quotation and proforma invoice before the order is confirmed.
Production scheduling is planned according to the approved specification, order quantity, decoration requirements, and current workload. We do not claim certificates that are not currently verified; buyers with compliance requirements should raise them before sampling so the available documentation can be checked.
Packaging is confirmed by hat structure, decoration method, order quantity, shape protection, carton plan, labels, destination market, and shipping route. Buyers should not rely on a generic carton quantity, dimension, or weight until the final packing plan is approved.

Do you provide OEM and ODM service for custom hats?
Yes. Hongyuecap supports both OEM and ODM projects for brands, wholesalers, distributors, sports clubs, campus programs, and promotional buyers. Buyers can send an existing tech pack, logo file, reference sample, or a general product direction. Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Existing samples can be reviewed first when available, and available sample styles can usually be checked before a new custom sample is developed. For new custom samples, the sample fee is usually RMB 500 per style and per color. Sample confirmation is recommended before bulk production so buyers can confirm fit, material, logo placement, decoration effect, packaging direction, and overall product direction.
How long do sample and bulk production usually take?
Sample lead time is usually 3 to 10 days after specifications and logo method are confirmed. Bulk production usually takes 10 to 20 days after order details and deposit are confirmed.
What is your MOQ for custom hats?
For most custom hat projects, standard MOQ is usually 300 pcs per logo and per cap color. Very small custom quantities can be discussed, but the unit cost will be much higher because sampling, logo setup, material handling, and production preparation still require factory resources. For B2B buyers, we recommend sharing the target quantity and market channel first so the quote can match the real project.
What are the usual payment terms for bulk orders?
For bulk orders, the usual payment term is 30% deposit, with the balance paid after photo/video confirmation and before shipment is arranged.
What production capacity and delivery control can you support?
Under normal scheduling, Hongyuecap can plan around 3,000 caps per day across the main hat categories. Bulk production lead time is usually 10 to 20 days after order details and deposit are confirmed. The actual schedule depends on material preparation, logo method, approval speed, packing requirements, and shipment plan. Our operating target is stable delivery, and current internal delivery tracking is about 99% on-time under normal production planning.
What information should buyers send for a faster quote?
Please send the hat category, target quantity, logo file or logo direction, preferred material, color plan, packaging needs, destination market, and expected delivery timing. If you are comparing baseball caps, bucket hats, beanies, or straw hats, it also helps to share the use case, such as brand merchandise, promotional campaign, team program, outdoor event, or wholesale resale channel. What logo methods do you support?
We can support flat embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven patch, leather patch, rubber patch, screen printing, and heat transfer printing depending on the product direction.
Can you support custom labels and packaging?
Yes. We can support woven labels, inside branding details, hangtags, barcode coordination, and export-oriented packaging based on wholesale or promotional project requirements. Packaging standards can vary by hat type and shipment plan. Typical packing references include about 300 baseball caps per carton at 70 x 40 x 50 cm and about 23 kg, about 360 beanies per carton at 60 x 55 x 55 cm and about 28 kg, and about 600 bucket hats per carton at 80 x 30 x 75 cm and about 46 kg. Final packing should be confirmed according to product structure and shipping method.
