What an Argentine buyer can order from us

Custom baseball cap, canvas bucket hat, woven straw hat and rib-knit beanie shown together for material comparison
Baseball cap, canvas bucket hat, woven straw hat and rib-knit beanie — the four categories produced on the same line.

Every style in our range is built to your own material, colour, structure, closure, label and packaging specification:

  • Baseball caps — structured and unstructured, cotton twill, washed cotton, performance polyester
  • Bucket hats — cotton, canvas and nylon builds, plain or reversible
  • Straw hats — paper straw and straw blends, wide and narrow brim
  • Beanies — rib knit, cuffed and cuffless, acrylic and wool blends
  • Specialty caps — trucker, snapback, dad hat, 5-panel, mesh and sports builds

Working with us across an eleven-hour time difference

Buenos Aires runs eleven hours behind our production office. That gap is usually treated as a disadvantage, but in practice it sets a rhythm that suits sampling: a question you send at 9am your time lands with us at 8pm the same evening, we answer it before your next working morning, and a decision that would have taken two days of email takes one.

It also means a review call can be held inside your morning rather than ours, and that sample photographs go out at the end of our working day so they are waiting for you when you open your inbox.

MOQ and sampling

MOQ starts at 10 pcs for stock colors and sampling runs — an entry point that lets you approve a colourway or a construction before committing to a production run, not the size of a typical bulk order. Mass production runs up to 500,000 pcs per month.

Sampling takes 3–15 days from artwork and material confirmation. Sampling is a paid service; the sample cost is confirmed together with the quotation.

Lead times, in three tiers

Bulk production runs from 3 to 50 days depending on the build:

Tier Lead time What it covers
In-stock styles 3–7 days Stock colours and existing constructions
Standard production 20–30 days Custom materials, colours and logo work
Peak season / complex builds 35–50 days High-volume runs, multi-panel and multi-decoration programs

The full range is 3–50 days. Which tier applies to your project is confirmed at quotation, once quantity, decoration and delivery window are fixed.

Logo methods and construction options

Decoration is quoted per method and per placement: flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, woven and embroidered patches, leather and faux-leather patches, screen print and heat transfer. Structures, closures, sweatbands, eyelets, taping and labels are specified per style — two caps that look identical on a screen can sit at very different price points once the construction is defined.

How an order runs

  1. Brief — style, quantity, logo files, destination and delivery window
  2. Materials — fabric, colour and construction confirmed
  3. Quotation — pricing guidance within 3–15 business days
  4. Sampling — 3–15 days, paid service
  5. Approval — you sign off the sample
  6. Production — bulk run scheduled against the confirmed tier
  7. QC — in-process and pre-shipment checks
  8. Shipping — coordinated to your destination

Shipping to Argentina

Freight terms, port of entry and transit time are agreed with the quotation rather than published as a fixed figure, because they move with volume, routing and season. We would rather quote your actual shipment than a generic estimate that is right in one quarter and wrong in the next.

Import documentation is the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing before production starts. Tell us at quotation which documents your customs broker requires, so nothing is discovered after the goods are already on the water.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?

10 pcs for stock colors and sampling runs. Bulk pricing is quoted against your target quantity, material and decoration method.

Can you develop a cap from a reference sample instead of a tech pack?

Yes. Send photographs of the sample plus the details that photographs cannot show — fabric weight, brim stiffness, closure type, internal taping — and we will confirm the specification back to you in writing before quoting, so both sides are working from the same construction.

How long does sampling take?

3–15 days from artwork and material confirmation. Sampling is a paid service.

Do you ship to Argentina?

Yes — Argentina is among the 32 countries we export to.

How quickly will I get pricing?

Pricing guidance within 3–15 business days of a complete brief: category, quantity, logo file or reference, material and colour direction, destination and delivery window.
